Better Partners’ story began with a simple request for help. Our founder, Torrey Nagle, was approached by his neighbor Skip, who ran a food service equipment sales representative company. Skip needed guidance with customer relationship management, and a recommendation from Skip’s son Kevin pointed toward Salesforce.
That advice sparked a journey that shaped the future of our company. Torrey helped Skip’s business implement Salesforce successfully, and soon word spread. More food equipment sales representatives and manufacturers sought his expertise. Before long, he had become the recognized resource for Salesforce solutions in the food equipment industry.
Growing into Better Partners
From a niche start to a broad partnership
What started as Sevetta Force Solutions LLC quickly grew into something larger. Under Torrey’s leadership, the company rebranded as Better Partners, LLC and expanded beyond its original niche.
From our home base in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Better Partners now supports small businesses, nonprofits, and enterprises across many industries. As Salesforce evolved, the company grew with it — always focused on helping organizations use the platform to increase efficiency, transparency, and growth.
